Project overview

This was a secondary research project designed to inform senior leaders on brand architecture and brand strategy. I led the project, including secondary research and presentation.

Approach

This project leveraged a significant amount of marketing management literature as well as secondary research from the health care industry.

The end result was a practical decision guide to determining naming conventions, as well as practical examples of different brand architectures and detailed considerations for each model.
